Evan Alexander Marak

passed away suddenly on Saturday, June 21, 2008 while attending a rehearsal for a church youth dance festival in Tacoma, Washington. He was born on March 25, 1992 in Bremerton, Washington and was 16 years of age. Evan lived in the Kitsap County area throughout his life. He was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, Silverdale Third Ward. Evan attended Klahowya Secondary School. He enjoyed listening to his music, playing the drums, cooking, and riding his dirt bike.Evan is survived by his mother and step-father, Carla and Jason Gilham, and his father Dale Marak. He also leaves behind his siblings; Monica Phillips, Michael and Derrick Medina, Chelsea Marak, Samantha, Nicholas and Alexander Gilham and many other loving family and friends.A visitation will be held on Friday, June 27, 2008 from 11:00 AM to 12:45 PM at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints - Silverdale Stake Center, located at 9256 Nels Nelson Road NW, Bremerton, WA 98311. The funeral ceremony will follow at 1:00 PM also at the church. Inurnment will be private. A public reception will be held following the service at the church hall.
