Robert J. Mccafferty

Robert Jay McCafferty of Bainbridge Island passed away Sunday August 5, 2018 at home. Born in McCook, Nebraska November 8, 1939 he was the son of the late Raymond Dean and Mabel I. (Tinsman) McCafferty and was 78 years of age. Robert spent his life serving his country in the United States Airforce where he worked as a Navigator for a good part of his career earning the rank of Lieutenant Colonel before retiring in 1993.

Robert is survived by his beloved wife Phoebe and his loving children and grandchildren.

Services will be private with Interment to be made in Arlington National Cemetery, Arlington, VA.
