William Lawrence Omaits

William Lawrence Omaits of Bainbridge Island passed away Saturday August 11, 2018. Born in Bremerton, Washington he was the son of the late Frank Lawrence and Elizabeth Kathryn Blieler Omaits and was 72 years of age.

A graduate of Western College of Bellingham, William served his country in the United States Army during which he spent time in Hamburg, Germany.

William was employed and spent his career as a Special Agent of Forensic Accounting for the IRS. After his retirement William continued to work as a Private Investigator in Forensic Accounting.

In addition to his parents, William was preceded in death by 2 brothers: Tom, and Jeffrey J. Omaits, and his son Daniel J. He is survived by his two loving sons: Micah Omaits and David Michael Sheldon along with his beloved brother and sister Stephen J. Omaits and Mary Kathryn Amon.

Services and interment will be private. Arrangements are entrusted to Cook Family Funeral Home.
