Alice Katrinne Campbell

passed away peacefully on July 3, 2010. She was tended by her husband Lynn (married for 43 years) and her daughter's Wendy Siegrist and Kristen Boyes. Her oldest daughter Lynn Donovan preceded her in death November 26, 2003. Alice was born April 2, 1920, the youngest of 7 children, to James and Grace Havnaer in Otwell Indiana. Of her family of origin she has one surviving sister, Carol Peddle of Selah Washington. Alice's early years were spent on the rocky buttes in Tieton Washington where the families apple orchards graced the land.Alice and her husband Lynn owned Seattle Harbor Tours (now Argosy Tours) where she was intimately involved in running the business, and handling the public relations and advertising decisions. She had a great love and understanding of art, music, and poetry and a deep connection to the earth and her garden. She was a master of making everything around her beautiful, and touched everyone with her sense of humor, grace and compassionate heart. She will be missed by all of us. Family and friends are respectfully invited to attend the Memorial Service on Saturday, July 31, 2010 at 2:00 PM at Eagle Harbor Congregational Church, 105 Winslow Way NE on Bainbridge Island.
