passed away on Saturday, November 2, 2007 at The Messenger House on Bainbridge Island, Washington. He was 83 years of age and a resident of Kingston, Washington where he lived for 65 years. Alvin was born on October 27, 1924 in Oakville, Washington to John Oya and Lena Pulsifer. He was a minister for the Assemblies of God Church for many years and he also served as a member of the Native American Fellowship and was a past chairman and member of the American Indian Fellowship.He is survived by his children; Tarry Lee Jack of Tacoma, WA and Darlene Flores of Kingston, WA. He also leaves behind his siblings; Dennis Allen, Bobby Allen, Gracie Allen and Dorie Allen of Skoko, also his sister-in-laws Mildred Dakota and Thelma Fulton. There are many other loving family and friends.Funeral services will be held on Saturday, November 10, 2007 at 1:00 PM at The Port Gamble S'Klallam Tribal Center Gym, 31912 Little Boston Road in Kingston, Washington. A viewing will take place prior to the service beginning at 11:00 AM.
