Arthur R. Saltz

Arthur Ralph Saltz, 92, of Port Orchard and former United States Marine passed away Tuesday July 30, 2019 at the Washington Veterans Home in Port Orchard. Born in Jebo, Wyoming he was the son of Ira and Unathune Saltz. Arthur attended high school in Seattle during which time he entered the US Marine Corp where he served his country honorably.

After his discharge, Arthur spent some time in San Francisco and attended college using his GI Bill. He would later settle in Port Orchard Washington where he found his career in Administration for the United States Government.

Arthur will be best remembered for being kind along with having a great sense of humor.

Arthur's interment will be made with Military Honors on Tuesday August 6, 2019 at 11:00 am in the Tahoma National Cemetery 18600 SE 240th Street Tacoma, WA 98042.
