Asuncion Vergara Narte

passed away on Saturday, March 10, 2007 at her home on Bainbridge Island, Washington. She was 77 years of age. She was born on August 15 1929 in Philippine Islands to Gregorio Vergara and Eusebia Bumatay. Asuncion lived at her Bainbridge Island residence for 57 years. She was a member of St. Cecilia Catholic Church.She is survived by her beloved children; Felix "Jo-Jo" Narte, (Heather), of Seattle, WA, Nina Berry, (Greg), of Kingston, WA, Rudy Narte of Camano, WA, Henry Narte of Kingston, WA, Zenaida Romero, (Mateo), of Bainbridge Island and Edward Narte, (Angela), of Seattle, WA. There are nine loved grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband Felix A. Narte Sr.Family and friends are respectfully invited to attend the visitation on Friday, March 16, 2007 from 5:00-7:00 PM, with the Recitation of The Rosary at 7:00 PM, at The Filipino American Community Hall on Bainbridge Island at 7566 NE High School Road. The Mass of Christian Burial will take place on Saturday, March 17, 2007 at 10:00 AM at St. Cecilia Catholic Church located at 1310 Madison Avenue NE on Bainbridge Island.
