Barbara Gibney of Bainbridge island, Washington passed away Thursday February 14, 2019 at Harrison Hospital in Bremerton. Born in Seattle, Washington March 16, 1932 she was the daughter of Roy and Mabel (Donnell) Bucy and was 86 years of age.
