Carol Ann Decoteau

passed away on Sunday, June 14, 2015 at Harrison Medical Center in Bremerton, Washington.She was born on May 7, 1948 and was 67 years of age. She graduated from North Kitsap High School, Olympic College and Evergreen State College. Carol worked as a Community Health Representative, a Council Member for the Port Gamble S'Klallam Tribe and was a member of the Assembly of God Church.She is survived by her mother Mildred DeCoteau, siblings: Wayne, John, Richard (Penny), Rick, Brett (Betty), Dennis (Kari) DeCoteau and Tammy DeCoteau-Avalos (Jesse) and Lisa DeCoteau. She also leaves behind her grandson David DeCoteau and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins. Carol was preceded in death by her father Warren, daughter Laudine and brother Stephen DeCoteau.Family and friends are respectfully invited to attend the visitation on Monday, June 22, 2015 from 11:00 AM - 1:00 PM with the funeral services starting at 1:00 PM at The Port Gamble S'Klallam Tribal Gym. Interment will follow at the tribal cemetery. A reception will follow the interment. Memorial contributions can be made to the American Cancer Society.
