passed away on Monday, March 10, 2014 at Harrison Hospital in Bremerton, Washington. She was born on April 28, 1942 in Tacoma, Washington and was 71 years of age.Family and friends are respectfully invited to attend the visitation on Thursday, March 20, 2104 from 9:30 AM - 10:45 AM at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints - Poulsbo building, followed by the Funeral Service at 11:00 AM in the chapel. Graveside Services will be held on Friday, March 21, 2014 at 2:00 PM at Fairfield Cemetery in Fairfield, WA. A reception will follow. Arrangements entrusted to Cook Family Funeral Home.
