Born on July 24, 1933, in Olympia, Washington, Charles lived a life marked by dedication to his profession and unwavering commitment to his loved ones. He embarked on a successful career in the electrical industry after serving his country through his military service in the US Armed Forces, a chapter in his life that he approached with great pride and honor. His experience in the Army instilled in him values that would resonate throughout his lifetime.
