Claire Fairfield Henning

Claire Fairfield Henning, 73, of Bainbridge Island, WA., passed away quietly with her family and closest friend at her side on Saturday, June 10, 2023. Born in Belfast, Ireland she was the daughter of the late Viola (Thompson) and Tom McKechnie. 

Claire was preceded in death by her beloved husband of 31 years James Donald Henning in May of 2022. She is survived by her loving family, Cathy (Michael) McCarthy, Jay (Cindy) Henning, Mike Henning, Matt (Meredith) Henning, and Chris (Ali) Henning along with twelve devoted grandchildren (Brendan & Doyle McCarthy (Lauren), Chelsea, Carley & Jack Henning, Devon Henning, Emma, Benjamin, Elijah & Gabriel Henning, and Nick & Cate Henning. One great-grandson (Christopher).
