passed away on Tuesday, March 6, 2012 at the Clear brook Care Center in Silverdale, Washington. She was born on March 22, 1916 in Chicago, Illinois and was 95 years of age. Interment will take place at El Camino Memorial in San Diego, California. Arrangements entrusted to Cook Family Funeral Home.
