Delores June Gunther

passed away on Friday, July 15, 2011 at the Hospice of Kitsap County Care Center in Bremerton, WA. She was born on June 13, 1926 in San Francisco, California.Dolores attended Corpus Christi Elementary School and graduated from St. Paul's High School in 1945. She was a native of San Francisco and moved to Bremerton in 2004. She was a quiet person who liked to laugh and joke. She spent her life taking care of family members. She also enjoyed cooking and watching TV.She is survived by her daughter Sharon Burleson (David) of Bremerton, WA, grandsons Mark Guillory, Jr. of Silverdale, WA, Paul Guillory (Lanelle) of Aiea, Hawaii: granddaughters Jody Smith of Auburn, WA and Jamie Whalen (George) of Fort Campbell, TN. She also leaves behind her great-grandchildren: Ashley, Daniel, Isabella, Angel, Noah, Joshua, Christopher and Matilyn, also nieces and nephews: Mike, Gary, Jim, Marie, Steve, Denise and Pam and second cousin Janie. Dolores was preceded in death by her spouse Otto Gunther, parents Louis Sr. and Margaret Dapelo, brother Louis Dapelo, Jr., brother Francis Dapelo, aunt Clair Seiler and cousins Chuck and Claire Seiler.Family and friends are respectfully invited to attend the Memorial Mass on Saturday, August 27, 2011 at 11:00 AM at St. Olaf Catholic Church in Poulsbo, WA.
