Gerald Jacob Jones

passed away on Thursday, November 2, 2017 at Harrison Medical Center in Bremerton, Washington. He was born on February 21, 1936 and was 81 years of age.Gerald attended two years at the Peninsula College and also graduated from the Police Academy.He is survived by his wife June Jones, children; Francine Swift, Dennis Jones of Little Boston,WA, Yvonne Gouley of Skokomish, WA and Janet Reynolds of Little Boston, WA. He also leaves behind his brothers; Floyd Jones of Little Boston, WA, Donald Jones of Tulalip, WA, Daniel "Dapper" Jones of Oakville, WA, Gene Jones of Suquamish, WA and William "Bill" Jones of Little Boston, WA. There are 17 grandchildren and many great and great-greatgrandchildren. Gerald was preceded in death by his parents Foster and Clara Jones, brother Robert "Bob" Jones, sister Geneva Ives, sister Betty Roberts, sister Virginia "Ginger" Ives, nephew Michael Jones Sr. and granddaughter Sarah Jones.Family and friends are respectfully invited to attend the visitation on Wednesday, November 8, 2017 from 11 AM - 12:45 PM and the Funeral Service at 1:00 PM at The Port Gamble S'Klallam Tribal Gym in Kingston, WA. Interment will take place at the tribal cemetery and a reception will follow. Arrangements entrusted to Cook Family Funeral Home.
