Gwendolyn T. Rose, a beloved educator and cherished member of her community, gracefully completed her earthly journey on June 19, 2024, at a nursing home on Bainbridge Island, Washington. She was born on June 24, 1931, in the serene town of Lexa, Arkansas. With determination and fervor, she earned her Bachelor’s Degree, laying the foundation for a career that would inspire countless students. Gwendolyn is survived by her dear niece, Elizabeth McKinney.
