James P. Hunt

James Peter Hunt, of Bainbridge Island, WA., passed away suddenly and unexpectedly on Monday, March 8, 2021, with his beloved niece at his side. Born in Muncy, PA., he was the son of Margaret (Merrill) and Leonard Hunt.

A US Airforce Veteran, James was also a graduate of the University of Washington, where he earned his Bachelor of Science Degree. He later would go to work as a Senior Programmer and Systems Analyst for the US Navy.

James is survived by his sister and his loving niece; Steph Gaspar.

A graveside service for James will be held with Military Honors on Saturday, May 15, 2021, at 1:00 PM in the Kane Cemetery 9964 NE Lafeyette Avenue Bainbridge Island, WA 98110.
