passed away on Saturday, June 10, 2017 at Harrison Medical Center in Bremerton, Washington. He was born on September 10, 1980 and was 36 years of age.Family and friends are respectfully invited to attend the visitation on Friday, June 16, 2017 from 6 PM to 9 PM at Saint Olaf Catholic Church in Poulsbo, Washington. The rosary will also be held at that time. The Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Saturday, June 17, 2017 at 6:30 PM also at the church. Arrangements entrusted to Cook Family Funeral Home.
