Julie Ann Collis, 79, passed away peacefully on Monday, April 5th, 2021 on Bainbridge Island, WA. Julie was born to Edward and Carol Kelly in St. Louis, MO on January 10th, 1942. She received her bachelor's degree and was a beloved nurse in the hospital industry for many years. Julie was a Bainbridge Island resident for over 10 years.
