June Walsh

was born to Lena and Albert Rockwell on June 1, 1924 in Tacoma, Washington. She died peacefully on April 3, 2008 at the Messenger House Nursing Facility on Bainbridge Island, WA.June spent most of her life in Tacoma where she enjoyed the company of family including her four nieces, two nephews, their families and long time friends. In 1948 June married Charles R. Walsh, They had one son, Rick. When her health began to worsen she moved to Bainbridge Island to be close to her son and his family.June is survived by her son Rick, daughter-in-law Linda, granddaughter Molly and grandson Mike.
