Kandis was born on December 2, 1955 and was 62 years of age.A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, January 13, 2018 at 4:00 PM at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints Chapel on Bainbridge Island, WA. A light dinner will follow for those in attendance. Arrangements entrusted to Cook Family Funeral Home.
