Karen M. Edensword-Breck, 82, of Bainbridge Island, Washington passed away unexpectedley on Friday July 17, 2020. Born in Washington State she was the daughter of the late John Svante Edensword and Mildred (Hanson) Edensword.
Karen was a lifelong resident of the state spending the past several years on Bainbridge Island. Karen was employed as a secretary for her late husband George's Law Practice and also worked as an interior designer on the side, sharing her impeccable taste with many homeowners on Bainbridge. In her spare time, Karen truly enjoyed knitting. But her very favorite place on Bainbridge was the T and C Market. Known by everyone there she was voted the honorary supervisor of their most recent renovation project by the construction foreman. She would even go so far as to call and let her friends at the market know she was going to be out of town for a couple days so they wouldn't worry.
Preceded in death by her husband George in 2019, she is survived by her brother Jon Edensword of Washington D.C. along with many nieces and nephews.
Services and interment are currently pending with and entrusted to the Cook Family Funeral Home of Bainbridge Island, Washington.
Family and friends would very much enjoy everyone to share memories, pictures and stories on this Tribute.
