Larry Leroy Bohlman

passed away on Friday, January 13, 2017 at Harrison Medical Center in Bremerton, Washington.Born in Bisbee, North Dakota on October 10, 1950. Son of Viola Mae Edwards (Betty) and Leroy Bohlman. He grew up in a strong and loving family, playing baseball and fishing in Bremerton. He played shortstop on every baseball team he played and was good at it. He looked forward to fishing season every year and went every chance he could.High school is where he met Candi Ives, they married and had 2 daughters, Kari and Jackie.He was a carpenter by trade and contributed most of his career building, roofing, remodeling and maintaining Kitsap County buildings.Whether playing cards with his friends, spending time with his sister and family, out at his cousins farm or a family dinner at home with a houseful of grandchildren and great grandchildren guaranteed there was lots of fun and laughter. If you touched his life and he loved you… he loved you forever. His family and friends were always so important to him. He was greatly loved and will be truly missed.He is survived by his daughter Kari DeCoteau, sister Linda McIntosh, cousin/sister Gerry McKenzie, six grandchildren and many other loving great-grandchildren and loving family and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents; Viola Mae Edwards and Leroy Bohlman, also daughter Jackie Reynolds.The Celebration of Life is on Saturday, January 21, 2017 at The Port Gamble Tribal Gym from 2-5 PM.
