Leona Marie Morrison

passed away on Monday, August 19, 2013 at The Harbor House- Liberty Shores in Poulsbo, Washington. She was born on January 14, 1923 in Seattle, Washington and was 90 years of age.Leona loved flowers and her grand babies. She was passionate about the Mariners and was a wonderful cook - the best cookie baker.Leona is survived by her children; Michael (Laura) Morrison of Calgary, Alberta, Canada and Bonnie (Rick) Stafford of Bainbridge Island, Washington. She also leaves behind her grandchildren: Alison (Sergio) Jimenez of Paris, France, Ariel (Ranney) Montgomery of Bainbridge Island, WA, Heidi Morrison of Victoria, British Columbia and Peter (Christy) Morrison of Calgary, Alberta, and her great-grandchildren Benjamin, Bradley, Charlie, Pablo and Amelia. Also left behind are her sister Lavina McIntyre and nieces Kathleen and Deborah and great nieces Erica and Jamie. Leona was preceded in death by her parents Robert and Helen Hill, brother Robert Hill, grandson Andrew Morrison and her husband George Lynn Morrison, who was the love of her life.Services will be private.
