Lisa Kim Torrez

passed away on Tuesday, September 22, 2015 at her home in Indianola, Washington. She was born on February 27, 1966 in Salt Lake City, Utah and was 49 years of age.She graduated from the Utah College of Massage Therapy and worked in mortgage processing. She was a homemaker for her family for the past five years of her life. Lisa's best talents, passions and gifts were fiercely loving her family beyond all else.Lisa leaves behind her husband Jesse Torrez, children Isabella Torrez, Charles Churn, Robert Churn also siblings Kelly Kim, Kathy Oliver/Kim, Suzanne Pearson, Randy Kim and Charles Kim. She also leaves behind her aunt Carol Birch and uncle Ron Birch and birth mother Terry Rozema. There are six grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her father and mother Chester Ivan and Louise MacKay Kim, sister Jana Kim, and aunt and uncle Marilyn & Frank Mismash.The Funeral service for will take place on Friday, October 2, 2015 at 2:00 PM at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, 8677 Madison Ave North, Bainbridge Island, WA 98110. A visitation will precede the service in the Relief Society Room from 12:00 PM - 1:45 PM. Interment will follow the funeral service on Bainbridge Island.
