Chef Mark had a passion for cooking at an early age. His earliest memories are of him watching Julia Child and the French Chef on PBS. His grandmother would often let him make these recipes at home. It wasn’t long before Mark took over all the cooking duties for the family.
Chef Mark was an honors graduate of New York’s prestigious Culinary Institute of America with additional training in France. He spent over 40 years cooking in some of Seattle’s finest clubs, catering companies and private homes. Mark’s passion was in teaching Culinary Arts, most recently at Escoffier in Boulder and Blue Ribbon Cooking School in Seattle.
Chef Mark was also a member of The United States Personal Chef's Association, The American Culinary Federation and Washington State Chef's Association.
Please join us as we celebrate Mark and enjoy some of his favorite dishes.
