Martin Allen Godsil

Martin Allen Godsil, ESQ., a highly respected area attorney and well known World Class sailor passed away Sunday in Harrison Medical Center Bremerton following a brief illness. Born in Fairbanks, Alaska he was the son of the late Dennis William and Alice (Gamer) Godsil.

Martin served his country during the Korean War and was a veteran of the United States Coast Guard. He would later attend and graduate from the University of Washington after which he would pursue a career in law ultimately becoming a partner at the Casey and Pruzan Law Firm.


Martin was married to the love of his life Sandra Ruth (Badgley) Godsil to whom he was married for over 53 years.
