passed away on Thursday, December 9, 2010 at the Naval Hospital in Bremerton, WA. She was born on September 11, 1944 in Paso Robles, CA. She was 66 years of age and a resident of Hansville, WA.Mary was a woman of great strength and faith, always reaching out to others. She was always eager to share her testimony of the Savior and his great love for everyone. She loved to listen to uplifting music and literature. She loved to camp, garden, cook and enjoy the beauty of nature. Mary delighted in the friendships she cultivated in the Relief Society at church and her knitting "get togethers". It was very important for her to have her family gathered around her every evening for scripture reading. She loved her children in a Christ-like way and shared a loving relationship with each one.Mary is survived by her husband Ross D. Johnson of Hansville, WA, children Carl D. Johnson of Suquamish, WA, Amanda L. Johnson of Leesburg, VA, Tara A. McCarron of Vancouver, WA, Lori A. Bierman of Glendale, AZ, Eric V. Johnson of Silverdale, WA, September M. Karrigan of Medford, OR, Nathaniel C. Johnson of Hansville, WA and Kathryn M. Briggs of Port Orchard, WA. She also leaves behind her brother's Larry J. Ault of Ukiah, CA and Donald E. Ault of Siusun City, CA. There are 23 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild. She was preceded in death by her parents Flay and Mamie Ault and her siblings Jerry, Roan, Elizabeth and Anita. Family and friends are respectfully invited to attend The Memorial Service at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints/ Kingston Ward in Poulsbo on Friday, December 17, 2010 at 11:00 am. Graveside Services at Tahoma National Cemetery will be private. Please sign the online Guest Book for the family.
