He was born on November 18, 1994 and was 22 years of age.Family and friends are respectfully invited to attend the visitation on Wednesday, July 12, 2017 from 1-2:45 PM, followed by the Funeral Service at 3:00 PM at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints - Bainbridge Island Chapel. Burial will take place at a later date in Peach Springs, Arizona. Arrangements entrusted to Cook Family Funeral Home.
