Norman Ray Moehring

age 89, died peacefully, surrounded by family on February 28, 2015.Norm was born in Seattle and attended Queen Anne High school, served in the Army Air Corp. and later attended the University of Washington. He married Elaine Ruth Bensene in 1949 and they made their home in Seattle until 1974 when they moved to Bainbridge Island.Norm is survived by his wife Elaine, his children Lynne (David Emmons), Jan (Walter Hannon) and Gary (Andrea) Moehring, grandchildren Kyle, Erica (Joe VanAlstine), Brian, Tyler, Laura, Jason, Nicholas and Christine and great grandsons, Dylan and Luke.A memorial service will be held at Port Madison Lutheran Church on Bainbridge Island, Saturday March 14th at 1:00 PM.
