Richard W. Bringloe

Richard W. Bringloe, born on September 1, 1939, in Seattle, Washington, passed away peacefully on November 18, 2024, at a care facility on the island. He was a talented artist who captivated many with his creations throughout his life. Richard earned a bachelor's degree, which laid the foundation for his pursuit of art and expression. In addition to his artistic accomplishments, Richard proudly served in the United States Army, an experience that would shape his values and perspective on life. Richard is survived by his dear brother, J. Thomas Bringloe, who cherished the bond they shared.
