of Little Boston, Washington, loving husband, father, grandfather, age 53 passed away on Saturday, April 5, 2008.Born in Clinton, Oklahoma on August 9, 1954; Richard was the son of Alva Jacob and Donna Reynolds and an enrolled member of the Cheyenne/Arapaho Tribe. He graduated from Chilocco Indian School in 1972.Richardʼs working career included 20 plus years at the Naval Undersea Warfare Engineering Station in Keyport, WA. and various public relations jobs including Albertsonʼs, The Point Casino, and Gliding Eagle Market.Richard is survived by his wife, Janet Reynolds, his two daughters Billie Jo and Shayna Reynolds and his son, Richard A.J. Reynolds, all of Kingston, Washington, and two granddaughters, Kaitlyn and Kalina Gutierrez also of Kingston, WA. Also surviving Richard are his Mother, Donna Reynolds of El Reno, Oklahoma; four brothers, Barney and Jacob Reynolds of El Reno, OK, Frank Reynolds of Seattle, WA, and Wilbur Reynolds of El Reno, OK, and his two sisters Susie Reynolds of Oklahoma City, and Karen Bear Track of El Reno, Oklahoma.Preceding Richard in death are his father Alva Reynolds, and his brothers Robert Reynolds, and Elwood Reynolds.In Richardʼs past he enjoyed dancing and going to pow-wows, he was an Oklahoma fancy-dancer. During his spare-time, the beach was one of his favorite places to hang out and enjoy the peace and quiet; he also enjoyed driving his car around. Another thing he liked to do was bead and make regalia for his family and friends. He has been a member of the Port Gamble SʼKlallam Community since graduating in 1972.Family and friends are respectfully invited to attend a candlelight/wake service on Thursday, April 10, 2008 beginning at 7:00 PM until funeral services at 1:00 PM on Friday, April 11th at the Port Gamble Tribal Gym. Interment will take place in the Port Gamble S'Klallam Tribal Cemetery in Kingston, WA.Arrangements entrusted to Cook Family Funeral Home.
