Richard Reith

64, of Bainbridge Island, WA, died peacefully on Tuesday September 14th at his residence. Richard was born October 23, 1945 in Seattle, WA a son of David and Estelle M. Reith. He was a retired policeman for the City of Seattle, Air Force veteran, beloved father, husband and great friend to many people. As a hallmark to his life, Richard was an avid outdoorsman who enjoyed bird hunting, fishing, backpacking and golf. He was especially adept at home renovation and demonstrated an ability to fix almost anything. Additionally, Richard was known to be a man of few words who could communicate through his actions and kindness to others. He is survived by his wife, Suzanne and two sons, Ronald and Ryan. In memory of Richard, donations are preferred to HOSPICE of Kitsap County, P.O. Box 3416, Silverdale, WA, 98383.
