He was born on November 8 1947 and was 69 years of age.Family and friends are respectively invited to attend the visitation on Saturday, January 9, 2016 from 10-10:45 AM at the Poulsbo LDS Chapel. The funeral service will follow at 11:00 AM. Arrangements entrusted to Cook Family Funeral Home.
