Robert L. Porter

passed away on Monday, January 21, 2008 at Island Health & Rehabilitation on Bainbridge Island, Washington. He was 73 years of age and a resident of Bainbridge Island, WA.Robert was born on June 7, 1934 in Los Angeles, California to his parents Gail Porter and Grace Taylor. He worked for Aerojet as a parts manager for many years and also worked as the manager of the former Jiffy Mart on Bainbridge Island.Robert is survived by his wife Mary Porter of Bainbridge Island, sons; Kelly Porter and Sam Porter of Bainbridge Island, his stepdaughters; Monica Marschall of Bremerton, WA and Jennifer Warrick of Seattle, WA. He also leaves behind his brother Don Porter of Florida.Family and friends may attend the Memorial Mass on Friday, January 25th at 9:00 AM at St. Cecilia's Catholic Church 1310 Madison Avenue NE on Bainbridge Island.
