Roger Charles Samuels

Roger Charles Samuels, 77, of Bainbridge Island, Wa., passed away peacefully on Monday, March 15, 2021, at the Bailey Manor on Bainbridge Island. Born in Darby, PA., he was the son of Marion Catherine (Rogers) and Francis Joseph Sammons.

Roger earned his Master's Degree at the University of Pennsylvania after which he spent his career in the Health Care profession as a Hospital Risk Administrator. After his retirement, Roger built his dream cabin living there for several years before moving to Bainbridge Island 3 years ago.

Roger is survived by his beloved daughter Emilie Sammons of Bainbridge Island.

The interment will be made privately on Friday, March 26, 2021, at 10:00 am in the Holy Cross Cemetery, Bailey Road, Yeadon, PA.

Arrangements are entrusted to the Cook Family Funeral Home of Bainbridge Island.
