Ronald Paul Villanueva

September 4, 1940 — February 20, 2021

Ronald Paul Villanueva, 80, of Suquamish, WA., passed away peacefully surrounded by his loving family on Saturday, February 20, 2021. Born in Bremerton, WA., he was the son of Mabel (Jackson) and Benjamin Villanueva.

Ronald served his country honorably in the United States Marine Corp. He would later begin his career with the United States Navy in Bremerton where he would be mentored by his grandfather in the art of building torpedos. Ronald continued working at the Keyport facility for 15 years in Torpedo Manufacturing.

A proud and active member of the Suquamish Tribe, Ronald enjoyed sharing his culture and attending the many Tribal events.

He is survived by his loving daughter Victoria Smith of Suquamish.

Services and interment will be held by his family privately.

Arrangements are entrusted to the Cook Family Funeral Home of Bainbridge Island, WA.
