84, passed away peacefully on July 3, 2014 in Bainbridge Island Washington. She was born on November 6, 1929 on the family farm in Epping North Dakota to Adolphus J. Cote and Esther C. Hall. She graduated from Epping High School in 1948.
On January 17, 1954, she married Robert W. Gross in Williston North Dakota. They raised their four children (Roland, Susan, Todd, Paul) in Williston. They were owners of Gross Floral.Rosemary was active in the community and was a member of several organizations.In 1977 the family moved to Scottsdale Arizona and later to Palm Desert California. Rosemary took pride in her work at Lillie Rubin and was an outstanding sales person.In 2012, she moved in with her daughter, Susan, in Bremerton Washington until April 2014, when she entered the Messenger House Care Center in Bainbridge Washington.Rosemary is preceded in death by her husband Robert W. Gross and two sons Roland J. Gross and Todd R. Gross. Also by two brothers Darryl Cote and Milo Cote.She is survived by her daughter Susan Vaughan (Randy), her son Paul Gross and Leslie Buchanan Gross. Her ten grandchildren: Jason Gross, Chad Gross, Mariah Vaughan, Tyler Vaughan, Dylan Vaughan, Daimler Gross, Taylor Gross, Ryan Gross Sebastian Gross and Meghan Warrick. She had 3 great grandchildren. Also her sister Nyla Jean Becker and Dallas Cote.Rosemary was a friendly person and loved people. She often talked about her friends and life in Williston and life on her beloved farm in Epping.
