Tamsin Kirk Mahnken, or Tammi as she is best known and loved passed away Tuesday evening at her home and with her most cherished family at her side after a long and courageous battle. Born in Los Angeles on February 26, 1939, she was the daughter of the late Donald E. and Pereppa (Rich) Kirk and was 79 years of age.
Tami spent her childhood going to school and also attending her beloved church, the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. She would eventually attend Brigham Young University where she would earn her Associates Degree. After graduation, Tami went to work as a Flight Attendant for Pan Am Airlines and later would work for jet Propulsion Labs before meeting her beloved; Conrad.
Tami and Conrad would soon marry, and in her true dedicated way, Tami moved to her longest and best career as Wife and Mom. Tami was an individual who believed "if she could dream it, it could be her reality," and anyone who knew her will tell you that was absolutely true. Tami will be forever missed by her husband, her children, her grandchildren and all who knew her.
