née Sisler, crossed the threshold on the night of the winter solstice, 12/20/2008, age 62. In bed at home with her husband, children, and sisters by her side, she waited for breathing to cease. During the preceding weeks, speechless and increasingly paralyzed by brain cancer, she resolved life issues, reconciled and raised her relationships, and said silent goodbyes. Wife, mother, and homemaker for 21 years; single mom for 7 years; sister in a holy Christian order; Pan-Am flight attendant, and; child of a military step-father attending 28 schools, Teresa's beautiful life progressed from restless motion to stillness. Hers is a loving and generous soul and her heart was always open to family, friends, and strangers alike. A memorial gathering will take place at The Meridian, 360 Knechtel Way on Sunday January 11 between 4 to 6pm.
